Please use our phone number to discuss medical problems, make appointments, or inquire
about billing and insurance. Our telephones are answered by the office staff during office
hours and by the physicians answering service at all other times. After office hours
please reserve calls for emergencies only. All incoming calls are handled by the office
staff to allow the physicians to see patients and prevent delays in patient care. If your
call is an emergency, a physician will be consulted immediately. If your call is not an
emergency, we may have to take your name and number and have our nursing staff return your
call.
We want to help you make the most of your insurance coverage and therefore will gladly
assist you in filing insurance claims. Remember, however, that your insurance contract is
between you and the insurance company, and the final financial responsibility for your
bill lies with you.
Please bring your insurance card to each office visit. Payment or Co-Payment is
expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard
and Visa. We can also arrange a payment schedule if needed.
We are participating providers for most managed care organizations and insurance plans.
Currently these include Promina, Blue Choice, United HealthCare, Aetna, US Healthcare,
Cigna, Prudential, Medicare, Medicaid, and many others. Please call to ask whether we are
